Howdy Parents!
Welcome to Bridge Point Elementary! My name is Araceli Ward and I am very excited to be a part of your child’s learning experience! This will be my 9th year teaching! I am originally from San Antonio, Texas and graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I moved to Austin in the Summer of 2013 with my husband and our two dogs, Johnny (Cash) and June (Carter)! We have a daughter, Audrey, who will be 4 in December and a son, Jackson, that just turned 1 in June! Being a wife and a mom are the best things in my life.
My favorite thing about teaching helping your child grow into an independent life long learner! I hold this very close to my heart and will do everything I can to make this a wonderful learning experience for your child! My goal is to instill the love of learning and discovering new things. I will prepare them for the daily challenges they will face both inside and outside the classroom. There are many ways you can volunteer with our class and campus. If you are able to volunteer, we’d love to have you!
I look forward to sharing this year with you and your child! If you need anything please do not hesitate to ask! My contact number is 732-9200 ext. 26119 or [email protected]. I believe when parents and teachers work together it results in the best experience for each child. My promise to you is to love and care for your child as if they were my own!
Thank you and Go Bobcats!
Love,
Araceli Ward
